North Personnel was founded as a response to challenges in the market and the need for better use of the professional resources already there. The people behind the company has hands on experience from the industry and because of that also knows the needs in the industry. We experienced that people working with staffing and recruitment didn’t have enough personal experience in the industry they were working with. Our thought is that you should understand the professional’s day to day. To be able to understand all our employees get a weekly academic top up and are sent to different construction sites to really see what’s going on.
